Don’t Let the Big Game Turn You Into a Big Pain

The “big game” – as we’re legally allowed to refer to it – is this weekend. Football is great and this game should be excellent.

You know how it will go: we’ll jump up and down and yell at the TV, pile onto furniture meant for far fewer people and give “high fives” to anyone willing to accept them. All that random motion can cause a number of aches and pains the day after the game.

Fortunately, the lion’s share of the injuries are muscular in nature and just require some time to heal. If you find that backache lasting longer than a few days, give me a call – as all that celebrating just might have put your back out of alignment. Happy “big game.”
